Special Holiday Periods:

Gift Transfer Option:

Any expenses not specified in this certificate are the responsibility of the recipient.     What is the minimum and maximum number of nights I can stay?

    3 nights is the minimum to make the package valid. However, you can stay up to 4 nights with an All-Inclusive or European Plan.

    What room options do I have?

    The only valid options for the Certificate are the One-Bedroom Suite and the Deluxe Suite, which are subject to availability. Both options offer stunning views and plenty of space!

    Can I stay with my family?

    Travel certificates apply to 2 adults per room. You can add more adults or kids to your reservation. However, it has an extra cost and may vary depending on the room you choose. Please ask our agent for more information on the subject!

    Can someone else use my Travel Certificate?

    Yes. Your Certificate can be transferred as long as it has not been redeemed. Our Call Center agents can give you more information.

    Is it all-inclusive, or do I just get the room?

    You can choose between the two plans: the All-Inclusive Plan includes food, drinks, and activities. The European Plan is only for your room!

    Can I change it to another resort?

    Sadly, it is only valid at Villa La Valencia Los Cabos, and cannot be transferred to other resorts within The Villa Group Resorts & Spas.

    Does the Certificate include any special rate?

    Yes. The Certificate comes with a special rate limited to this type of booking. But please note that they are non-refundable.
